| Introduction | I am Brit and I like to run. I have a big dog named Duke. He doesn't actually run with me, I don't really think it would be good for him, but he sure does eat, often 32 cups of food per day! Duke has a "sister" named Tacia a.k.a. "Wiggles", "Wiggs", "M.C. Wiggles", or "Squiggly Wiggly Girl". She's the good dog. She runs sometimes, although I think she is in need of a little C25K running reintrocudtion. Duke, Wiggs, and I live with my husband Chris. He is kind of like Duke. He runs with me sometimes, but I think he enjoys eating more than he enjoys running! |
