| Introduction | I am a woman who loves her family dearly. I enjoy homeschooling my children and teaching them to love and serve each other and the Lord. My husband and I have family devotions almost every evening this is a time I look foward to at night. I love the smell of dinner in the oven and baking bread. My hope is in the Lord. I believe HE will instruct our family and keep our family in the way we should go. In time of sadness I wait in the Lord. He is my help and my shield.. I take refuge in HIM...I strive to be quick to listen and slow to speak and slow to become angry. I am growing in these disciplines in my life. I try to remember that "The Lord is my helper;I will not be afraid." Never will He leave me nor forsake me." I took the picture of the double rainbow a few hours before my oldest daughter was to be married to her husband. God does speak to my heart through HIS creation.. |
| Interests | I love walking on the beach and grilling out in the back yard with family and friends. I enjoy walking to the parks with my husband, children and baby in tow. I love rainy days when we are snuggled up reading, doing arts and crafts, playing GI Joes, puzzles or playdough, doll house and polly pockets. Warm fires in the winter with hot chocolate. I so love the rhythm of the seasons, summer and working hard in the yard and then playing with our children in the boat, fishing, tubing, water skiing and wake boarding. The change of leaves in the fall brings pumpkins, harvest hay rides and the joy of our son playing college football..I have a new interest added to my life grandbabies. Oh, they are amazing and wonderful true blessings to the family. |
