| Interests | I am a 6th generation Texan, but have lived all over the United States. I also call Alaska home, as that's where I spent most of my childhood years. I've been a quilter and lover of fabric since I was a little girl. My mom sewed lots of my clothes when I was little, so I grew up going to fabric shops. I started to sew when I was around 10 years old. I've been quilting for around 25 years now, off and on. I say off and on because there have been long periods of time where I was busy with school, working, or my kids. But whenever I could I'd always manage to get a little bit of sewing in!! :-) I am a "doodler"....I love to draw! And I love to design quilts! I am hoping to start designing more quilts whenever I can, and plan to show them on my blog! |
