Introduction	I am a martial arts instructor for the Defensive Fundamentals System in north county San Diego. I moved to Scottsdale, Arizona in December of 2010 and this blog is a way for me to keep my mind and heart working on my own personal pursuit of the martial arts. I believe there is something truly divine that happens to people when they really seek martial knowledge. I have personally grown so much from my education under Master Distefano and the rest of my class mates at D.F.S. that i will never give up on this path.
Interests	I have a passion for almost all outdoor activities, camping, hiking and trail riding and swimming are just a few. Martial arts is my favorite past time, training with like minded people is a very rewarding and absorbing activity.
