Introduction | I am a Unitarian Universalist minister serving the First Unitarian Church of Providence, in Rhode Island and a Soto Zen Buddhist priest serving as a guiding teacher with the Boundless Way Zen network with sanghas around New England, and increasingly beyond. Married to Jan Seymour-Ford, research librarian at Perkins School for the Blind, truly one of the good karma institutions. Send them some money. We share our home with Auntie Julia, two cats, one mildly and the other moderately evil, as well as a small school of fish. The jury is out on the morality of the fish individually and collectively. Important note: As they say, even a blind pig will occasionally stumble upon a truffle, and once in a while one may find something of value within this blog. However, it should not be assumed anything posted here represents anything held dear by any institution with which I am associated. |
