Introduction	Lay Cistercian; following the Rule of St. Benedict as a spiritual trellis, and founder of the Ecumenical Lay Associates of the Cistercian (Trappist) Monastery of the Holy Spirit in Conyers, Georgia. By way of practice, I share and mentor on the Benedictine way of life as formed by Cistercian charisms; with a particular interest in lectio & scripto divina. Providing workshops and retreats in the spiritual practice of gardening (ora et labora)and "opening the book of nature" as forms of lectio divina. Currently serving on the Commission for Spiritual Growth for the Diocese of Atlanta.
