| Introduction | Yvette Silver is a cartoonist, caricaturist , teaching artist and writer. As “The Strolling Caricaturist”, she draws live at special events, wearing the mobile easel she designed. Yvette also makes custom cartoon portraits from photos. Way back in the 1990’s, she had two humor books published, To Work is Human, but Retirement is Divine and Grandparents Run in the Family. Lately she has been teaching kids cartooning and aspiring extra hard to write and illustrate childrens’ books. Yvette lives in New York City with her dry witted and devoted husband, Marc, and their two delightful sons, brothers Lance and David. |
