| Introduction | I am a graduate student at Fairfield University, pursuing my initial teaching certification and Masters degree in French. I have considered teaching for so long, and now I am making my dream of being a middle school or high school French teacher a reality. I am also the mom of three young girls. I find so many cross-overs between these two halves of my life. I find myself reflecting on classroom conversations about childrens' perspectives, mentalities and learning styles when I am at home with my own kids all the time, and I find this very interesting. |
