Skilled in recruitment & selection (specialised in ICT business sector), in training & career development as well as in diagnosis, strategy and intervention in organisational contexts, I aim to help people grow, both personally and professionally, and to help them move closer to their career goals. Furthermore, another goal of mine is to also assist companies increase their productivity by helping them attract talent and improve the organisational communication, as well as the employees’ well-being and motivation and, subsequently, lower the company's turnover, absenteeism and presenteeism indexes. |
