| Introduction | Hi and welcome, I’m Maria! For as long as I can remember I have had a love for art, design and beautiful things (my Italian heritage makes sure of that). I used to regularly scour the local second hand furniture store searching for something to update (my first project – a red timber chair – still lives in my parents home), I dabbled with a bit of screen printing at school, toyed with mosaics (hasn’t everyone at some point?!) and eventually found myself studying an Interior Design degree at University. When I’m not working in communications I’m learning how to sew and screen print (again!). And soon our 1920s semi will go from ‘update’ to ‘renovate’. This blog is a creative outlet for all the things that inspire and excite me – interiors, art, food, fashion and anything fabulous! Thanks for visiting xx |
