| Introduction | I am a crafter. It's in my blood, handed down to me through generations. Make no mistake. I am a crafter, not an artist. I have crochet, knitted, cross stitched, and thanks to my grandfather who was determined I was going to learn to tat - I can tat. I have worked with clay, flowers, soap, candles, and much more. Paper crafting is by far my favorite. That's what draws me to scrapbooking and cardmaking. Let me just sneak in here - collecting the supplies is amazingly fun. On a more serious note, the most important role in my life is that of wife, mother, and teacher. These roles are what brings purpose to my life. After all, it is not the work but the purpose that makes life special. |
