Introduction I began modern scrapbooking in 2003 when I found the perfect companion to share the story of my family’s ancestry – with photos! I soon learned how stamping and distressing mix well with all sorts of surfaces and I loved to enhance classic projects with great shabby techniques and textures. I joined the design team of Scrappers Cove in Milltown, NJ and shortly afterward was asked to teach classes there. I find practical uses for handmade mini books and prefer cards and layouts with classic handmade coordinating elements. I enjoy challenging my students to use materials (especially Copic markers!) in a variety of ways and encourage them to try unfamiliar techniques to produce different looks using the same tools. I’ve developed monthly Colors of Copics classes to demonstrate how students can apply various Copic techniques to their projects while collecting markers at an affordable pace. My husband George and I live in Burlington, NJ. I am blessed with three grown children, a beautiful granddaughter and sweet grandson. I currently work full-time as an executive secretary for the State.
