Introduction | I worked a large part of my life in the hospitality industry, before coming to the conclusion that the heavy work I was doing was for young people with healthy backs. I spent spells working in England, Germany and Ireland with most of my experience being gleaned in Germany. I worked as a barman, waiter and for a short period as a chef, most of my experience was gained as a waiter. I enjoy cooking and started homebrewing in October of 2008, I've learned a lot in that time starting with kits and then moved onto partial mashing with extract and then full on all-grain using the Brew In a Bag (BIAB) technique. I changed from my original aspiration of owning a HERMS system once I got comfortable with BIAB, I might bother if I ever have the spare cash some day. |
