| Introduction | Hi folks, Thanks for reading my thoughts on this blog. I'm currently the principal at Brooklands School in Winnipeg, a part of the St. James-Assiniboia School Division. Throughout my career I've been a principal, vice-principal, department head, teacher, educational assistant and even a temporary cleaner.... Schools have been a part of my life every year but 6. My wife and I met while we subbed together 26 years ago! I use this blog to express my own opinions and ideas - not those of my employer. I do have a life outside of school where I sometimes do leadership activities - this might include Discovery Education, Scouts Canada, private schools, church groups, non-profit organizations and the home-school community in Manitoba. I love learning and leading and I hope that you will enter into a conversation with me as I become a blogger. |
