Introduction	I am a metalsmith. Once upon a time I was a painter. I've only ever known how to make things. It's what I've done the best. Of course I spent some time in the "hospitality" industry slinging food and booze. That was fun, but it wasn't where I belonged. By day I'm a metals instructor at this wonderful and rare gem of a place called the Multnomah Art Center and 24 hours a day I'm a Mom of a child which was the most awesome thing I ever made. By night, when the babe's asleep, I get to work some more. In my studio. Making things. Which is what I do best.
