| Introduction | It's simple, really. I like to write and I like to eat. Hailing from the San Francisco Bay Area and having just recently come back from a teaching stint in France, it would only be natural for me to have an appetite for food adventures. And so the birth of this blog. My taste buds know no boundaries. I am a lover of the classic dish but constantly have my feelers out for the up-and-coming movement in the food world.
