| Introduction | Foundational to my belief system is that everything happens for a reason. However, another foundational belief is that from a certain perspective (i.e. that of Cosmic Consciousness, or "God") there is no such thing as "right" and "wrong." Every experience that we find ourselves attached to, that we give power to through our choice to consciously attend to it, offers us all the information we need to see our selves in our "biggest" version of ourselves. That is, every experience we stumble upon in the Earthly realm is "given" to us--(more accurately, attracted to and co-created by us)--specifically to offer us the exact grist and material for self-awareness, self-assessment, self-improvement, and, ultimately, Self-realization. Thus I offer you these "random acts of provocation" in order to provoke thinking outside of your usual comfort zone: to offer you the opportunity to see your self and the Universe from different, expanding perspectives than what might be your usual response. |
