If you're looking for a beer-blog where beers are evaluated by the origin of the hops within, you're in the wrong place. I'm your every-day Joe and my reviews will reflect that! When I started this blog I didn't know much about beer and I still learn something new with each beer I try. I'm here to share my view on the delicious world of beer and write about it in an unintimidating way. My history with beer: Age 5: Grandfather thought it was funny to let me have a sip of his Milwaukee's best. What a horrible introduction to beer! Age 18-21: College. Cheap beer. Ice House, Bud Ice, Natural Lite. Need I say more? Early 20s: Ventures into tasty beer, but still pretty isolated to the staples (e.g. Bud Light and Killian's). 25-29: Enjoyed drinking different beers, didn't really think about them. Now: Attempting to sample the world!!! I go to my favorite liquor store every couple of weeks and fill my basket with single bottles of beer from all over the world. |
