Introduction	I am 46 years old and started my journey to be fit and healthy eight years ago. I have three sons, all grown now, my youngest in college. I love my kids and my dogs. I love to read. I am a high school principal so I love all my other kids too. I love to run and Crossfit for the challenge, for the benefits and to do something for me. With my kids grown, life is much simpler now so I have lots of time to do stuff.
