Introduction I'm a 42 year old woman... a wife... a mother... an artist... a person interested in living my best life. I look forward to increasing health and vitality as I continue my weight loss journey to lose 100 pounds by simply eating healthier and exercising more. I have added many more raw foods to my diet, such as a variety of fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds. I frequently juice and blend my drinks. Green smoothies have become a regular drink for me. I also do some sort of cardiovascular exercise almost every day for at least 30 minutes, and I recently started strength training 3 times per week. I am just at the beginning of my transformation, but I feel so much better already! This is a lifestyle change for me that I've fully embraced.
