Introduction	This blog began when my dissertation proposal won no outside funding and has chronicled everything to do with the project since. Most of the posts are from when I was a graduate student doing my dissertation research and writing, but now I am an endangered junior faculty lackey and I am still posting, by golly! And this blog's motto is still: "The tragic rise of the Nazis put an end to this mass mentoring by German women, but my own commitment to mentor women and girls lives on."
