About me

Introduction	I am a British Expat who has been living and working in Mumbai for a decade. I fell into the world of Human Resources quite by accident, when a particularly visionary Ad Agency CEO had the foresight to suggest that I switched roles from Client Servicing into HR. I became an overnight HR Head, learning the ropes on the job through an intensive “baptism of fire”. I enjoyed the experience enough to decide that this was the career for me, and have now set up and led HR teams at three different media companies in India – an established Advertising Agency, one of India’s biggest media merger stories, and a small, edgy start-up with big ambition.
