| Introduction | For starters. . .I am a commericial electrician here in Seattle, WA who is obsessed with cooking/baking/grilling/roasting and smoking food. I am at my best when daily menus are made at the beginning of each month but the best learning experience I could share is to let cooking be fun and allow yourself to be versatile. I enjoy working with my hands, outside in my flower and vegetable gardens; inside always learning to do something new and intriguing (like learning to wallpaper or crocheting a bedspread using 10 weight light yarn). I think food brings people together and creates a happy and enjoyable atmosphere along with lasting memories. |
| Interests | Staying busy learning new skills. My greenhouse, growing unique flowers and trees, studying professional cookbooks and pushing myself to cook harder recipes out of my comfort zone, decorating our home, sewing, etc. |
