| Introduction | Anyone who knows me will know that I'm an avid motorsports fan. I've competed, run a team, spent many years helping with a rally but know just take my boy to his weekly scalextrix and spectate, making it to Donington when I can. Enjoying cooking and baking, means that I have control over what I eat whether its a full blown Xmas dinner to something simpler like omlettes. Being engaged to a wonderful lady means that I've been trying different recipes which everyone enjoys. |
