Introduction	50 and fabulous!!
Interests	I have been thinking about setting up a blog for some time. I have called it Quantum Wellness to reflect my belief that wellness is a multi dimensional way of living. This site will be used exclusively for health related issues, like diet, exercise, cleansing, alternative lifestyles, recipies, favorite reads, quotes and spiritual insights. And of course some of my own personal mussings about this process and how it has affected my life. Change is inevitable, so I have choosen to go with the flow and enjoy the ride. We are wonderful evolving creatures and that's what makes life fun and worth living.
