Introduction	Hand-made in Vermont with care. WEE products go from the forest to finished product incorporating craftsmanship from generations of forestry stewards and Vermont woodworkers. WEE uses native Vermont hardwoods and softwoods including maple, birch, cherry oak, ash, aspen, and pine. Lumber comes from timberland which is managed for a sustainable crop and supplemented with local pine and hardwoods. Sustainable forests are harvested in a special and environmentally caring method to insure the forest is healthy and regenerating. All trees are selected as "healthy" and not treated with pesticides. WEE even uses the sawdust which the local farmers use for animal bedding.
