Introduction	I am Indriyo Saputro, 22 years old, fresh Graduation on safety engineer major in Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology Surabaya Indonesia,. Has got Ahli K3 Umum certificate and OHSAS 18001:2007, and work practice for 4 months in PT Medco E&P Indonesia-Tarakan Asset for handling Process 3 ISRS7 from DNV. the final Project is about Determination Safety Integrity Level (SIL) using Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA) method on Production Crude Separator V-03 PT Medco E&P Indonesia-Tarakan Asset. I am very interested in safety Process and Safety Engineering activity. and looking for a job for a better future.
