| Introduction | First let me say Welcome. I am so glad you are here. Since I started this blog many years ago. My life has changed tremendously. So I knew I must edit this Introduction. I am no longer a daughter, I am no longer a wife, but a widow, I am a Proud mother, grandmother & now a great grandmother. I learned my skill of baking & cooking from the best my family. I learned design through the encouragement of my late husband who was a Exceptional Builder & Craftsmen. Decorating I started by cutting pages out of catalogues and pasting them to 3 dimensional card board. It grew from there. Growing up in Germany Natural Medicine started with my grandmother & great Aunt Lina taking me to Alternative Practitioners as my interest grew. We grew the needed plants to make medicinals & salves. I learned steam distillation and made my own tinctures & oils. I have always been called upon as Dr Mom or friend. The Bible is my guide to helping others, no matter the situation. I am weak, but I am strong. |
