| Introduction | Body image is a tricky thing. We are surrounded by images and ideas that make it so, so easy to develop a negative body image. Social media has made people envious of things, images and lifestyles that don’t even exist. I should know, I follow all these beautiful people on Instagram. I look at myself and think if Davina McCall can look so good at 50 years of age then why can’t I look like that in my thirties? The thing is - I am me. So instead of beating myself up or trying to be something that I’m not, I’ve decided to be the best version of me and concentrate on reaching my own personal potential. So I’m putting all those illusions of perfection to one side. I want to see how looking after my fitness and health will make me feel better. Please read my blog and join me on my journey!
