Introduction	Michele Denise, American jazz vocalist, was born in the United States. Traveling to various parts of the States performing in musical theaters, jazz lounge venues and choirs, Michele was singled out to perform in a historic “Mandela Released” event. Michele resided between Malaysia and China. Michele recorded with Beijing based 3L, featuring the premiere Cui Jian Band infusing gospel vocals on their "Wang Wei" CD. Michele was also a vocalist for the jazz band, Yun Zi. Additionally, she has performed with Chico Banks, Chicago style Blues guitarist at Beijing's Ice House. In Malaysia, Michele performed in the Live Music at Miri City Fan Festival. During the Miri Jazz Festival, Michele performed with Singapore based Universal Blues Band. Because of her versatility and dynamic performance style, Michele was invited to perform for the Kenyalang Shell Press Awards. Michele has also had the privilege to sing especially for the Tuan Yang Terutama of both Sarawak and Sabah. Now residing in the Netherlands, Michele has worked with international musicians such as pianist, Marco Amersfoort, bassist, Patrick Lauwerends, drummer Arie Verhaar, saxophonist Zane Massey to name a few.
