Introduction	I love to run trails and I love to write so it seemed pretty obvious to have a place where I can do both. Hawaii is an excellent place for a trail runner and (hopefully) budding ultrarunner. This is a little bit about my experiences. Some of the entries here are re-posts from previous pieces I've written for other sites. I've tried to identify where they were from and the original posting date to make following a little easier.
