| Introduction | I love food and drink, however I am one of thousands of people who suffer from lactose intolerance. In this blog I am searching for the best dairy free, friendly resturants and cafes in the North East of England. Where should we go and be able to eat more than that plain salad? I will share my ideas, favourite places, experiences, and a few tips on what to eat and where to buy supplies. I will also help you to avoid the places that have poisioned my sytem with supposedly dairy free food, and my mistakes along the way. I will also share my random thoughts on living as a trainee journalist in Newcastle, and take you on my journey towards happiness, fun, and success - with maybe a few grumbles along the way. |
