Introduction Discovering that we've been wrong is a disorienting and sometimes painful experience, but I cherish those moments of insight when we realize we've been looking at things from a limited perspective. I'm here to wrestle with the hopes and fears of authentically connecting to ourselves and others to uncover the barriers within that hold us back and blind us to our courage, compassion, and love. In this quest for insight, I remind us to embrace the wise words of Rainer Maria Rilke: “I beg you, to have patience with everything unresolved in your heart and to try to love the questions themselves as if they were locked rooms or books written in a very foreign language. Don’t search for the answers, which could not be given to you now, because you would not be able to live them. And the point is to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps then, someday far in the future, you will gradually, without even noticing it, live your way into the answer."
