| Introduction | You may have seen me break lettuce, twist lipstick, pull pizza, stroke cheeks, dip fries, stir cream, or fondle jewels… Hi, I’m Adele and I’m a hand model. Technically speaking I'm a "parts model", as my various body parts are frequently featured in advertising. But my hands, apart from all other Parts, have landed in hundreds of commercials and magazines, as well as doubled for many appendage-challenged celebrities. As a kid, I never wished longingly upon a star that one day my hands would be all over the world. I grew up on a manic/organic commune in Northern California, and dreamed primarily of returning to "normality" in New Orleans with my large restaurant-owning Sicilian family. I’m currently writing a book entitled, “Chest Of Treasure - A parts model finds the missing peace”, which I sincerely hope will enable me to one day contribute more to society than long nail beds.
