| Introduction | I used to take health for granted. We ate healthily, or so we thought, and we assumed that we would stay healthy. Then our youngest daughter, a promising young runner, developed chronic fatigue syndrome, multiple chemical sensitivies and also tested positive for Lyme disease. That started us on a search for the keys of good health which led us to Hallelujah Acres, where we became health ministers. In this blog, I'll share some of the keys of good health that we've learned. |
