Introduction	Joelle- I am a 27 year old new mama and love setting and working towards new goals. The 365 challenge will hopefully teach me discipline and give me a new outlook to life. Shanna- I am 23. I have been overweight my whole life and my goal is to be at my goal just over a year from now on my 25th birthday Roselle- I am the 49 year old Mama of these two beauties. At 50 years old I don't want any regrets. I want to feel confident that I have given my best effort to be in a healthy physical state, emotional state, mental state, and financial state. Together as a team, we are spending the next 365 days to support one another in our goals.
