Introduction	I am a busy working wife and mom who is passionate about healthy eating and nutrition. Both my husband and I have full time jobs and, together, we take care of an amazing little boy (getting less little every day). Our greatest hope is to find a way to balance our careers while providing our family with nutritious, healthful meals that are tasty but do not take too much time.
