She studied with Swami Satyananda of Rikkia, India and The Esoteric School in Newcastle. Later in 2002 Laya was initiated into Tantric Tibetan Buddhism which opened doors to her understanding and perception of tantra from the ancient upanishads. Layananda is an inspirational teacher both practical and esoteric. |
