Introduction	It started with a three-month internship at China Daily and turned into a job with a weekly English news magazine, Beijing Review, that has lasted two years. As an editorial consultant/foreign expert, I work for the business news division of BJR, editing and tweaking copy to work out all the "Chinglish" and make it readable for an English speaking audience. It's a great job, challenging and at times rewarding. This blog is a chronicle of major events in my stay in China, a nation rich in culture, a booming population and some of the most interesting and gastronomically challenging foods I've ever tasted.
