| Introduction | When I was a child in the old country, the yutjangsah still made his rounds. All the kids would run outside to barter glass bottles in exchange for a piece of yut. Yutjangsahs no longer ply their rice candy, but the idiom, "yutjangsah mam dae ru" remains - meaning, the yutjangsah does as he pleases. Of course, we can't always live the yutjangsah way, but we each have our moments. These are some of mine. Hope you enjoy. |
