| Introduction | I am a retired civil engineer. I was born in 1934 in the Florida "panhandle", in Holmes County, but grew up in the little town of Chipley, which is located on US Highway 90 about 85 miles west of Tallahassee. I have always lived in the South. I retired from the Pinellas County (Florida) Engineering Department in 1999, and now reside in Virginia. |
