Introduction	Update May 2018: Marvin and Ellen, full-time RVers from WA. We LOVE to travel, and after taking several summers off to dip our toe into part-timing, in July 2004 we sold our home and hit the road. We haven’t looked back! We were not retirement age in 2004. The biggest obstacle was making a living on the road. After much brain-storming, Marv attended school, becoming a mobile Master Certified RV Technician. He does it all, but over the last decade has specialized in RV solar systems. www.precisionrv.com. Ellen converted college lecture courses to online so that she could teach from anywhere. We love seeing new places and meeting new people. It is fun decide to spend the winter skiing, or bask in the southern sun with other snow-birds. We started this blog to share our trip of a life-time to Alaskan with family and friends. We hope you’ll enjoy our adventures vicariously as we restart our blog. We will start with our summer of 2017 hike to the top of Half Dome in Yosemite National Park. Then we will begin sharing Ellen’s 2650 mile “thru-hike” of the Pacific Crest Trail during the summer of 2018, with Marv following along in the RV as support and resupply guy.
