| Introduction | I am a retired Nutrition and Wellness Educator with University of Illinois Extension. I have a BS in Home Economics with a major in food management from University of Illinois and a MS from SIU Edwardsville in Counselor Education. As owner of a new company, Safe & Savory Solutions, Inc -- I provide food safety, food preservation and food demonstrations in Southern Illinois, teaching both the FSSMC Food Refresher and 15-hour initial certification course. I also answer questions on AllExerts.com in the area of food safety, having answered over 3000 questions since 2007. |
