| Introduction | Hi, my name is Kelly and I have recently put on a bunch of weight. I'm currently at the largest weight I have ever been and much larger than I ever wanted to be. In my quest to lose weight I have started reading up on nutrition and have completely fallen in love with it. I cannot get enough information on the subject and have actually gone back to school to get a degree in nutrition. My goal for this blog is to keep myself focused on my weight loss and my study of nutrition as well as sharing what i've learned on the subject. |
