Introduction	I graduated from National Law Institute University (Bhopal, India) in 2003 and after a brief stint at a law firm, started working as an independent consultant in 2004 mostly for start-up IT and BT companies and NGOs. On the side, did a number of teaching assignments and research and writing projects. Joined Franklin Pierce for an LLM in 2005, graduated in 2006 and decided to continue consulting, teaching and research. In 2008, joined the Munich Intellectual Property Law Center (MIPLC) for a short research assignment. Currently a PhD candidate and scholarship holder at the International Max Planck Research School for Competition and Innovation, Munich.
