Introduction	I enjoy spending time with my husband of 25 years, Ed and our 4 beautiful daughters: triplets, Sara, Arielle and Charissa and their younger sister Vivian. Cooking for a large family has forced me to be creative with inexpensive ingredients. I am known for working fast in the kitchen and being able to whip up a meal with whatever ingredients we have on hand. When I am not taking care of my family I enjoy riding my bike on one of the bike trails around Portland and doing volunteer work with my daughters through our membership in National Charity League, Inc. Sunnyside Chapter. I work in Real Estate as a broker, investor and landlord.
