| Introduction | Established in 1989 by family members Glynn and Ellen Fennel, Margaret's Grove Vineyard is family owned. The vineyard has now been passed down to the "Rhodes" side of the family. The "new owners" of Margaret's Grove Vineyard are Joey and Vickey Rhodes along with the help of their two daughters, Hannah Jayne and Emily Rhodes. Along with producing muscadines and scuppernongs, our family also has a large garden in which we can most of our fruits and vegetables. From jellies, to pickled items, to wine, we make it all. Although our vineyard is mainly an Autumn occasion, our family works year-round keeping the vineyard pruned and maintained for the upcoming picking season. |
