| Introduction | Hello, I'm Tameeka "aka" Chef Meeka, I've been cooking since I was seven. It has aways been something that stuck with me, over time I've developed a few ways of creating and enhancing dishes that I love. My specialty is Soul food, Asian cuisine, Caribbean, Italian and Hispanic. I'm known for stepping outside of the box as well, I never cease to amaze. What keeps me cooking is my love for the art, as well as the love I receive from those who enjoy my cooking. Honestly there is no better feeling. My dream is not to have a restaurant, but to travel and cook. |
