Introduction	Frank Rubio is back after many years of Jewelry designing that sent him on journeys of design that took him from Southern California to Oregon and throughout most of the U.S.making stops in Orange County and Beverly Hills He has won many local, nation and international design awards. He has designed for the elite of Hollywood, superstar athletes, the Royal Family of Belgium and many young couples looking for that perfect wedding ring,Frank loves designing and building jewelry as much as the smiles on the faces of those receiving the newly designed jewelry . On one of those stops he decided it was time to give back and packed his bags and headed to Mexico City as a volunteer and missionary attending Bible College and serving in small churches and orphanages for 4 years. For the last 2 years in Mexico City he designed jewelry for the Mexican elite. Today he is back making a familiar mark in Hollywood with the help of many enthusiastic friends supporting Frank Rubio Jewelry
