| Introduction | My name is Brittany and I live in sunny Australia. However, I spend most of my time dreaming about life (and cooking) in France. I have a real passion for baking and cooking, particulièrement French sweets! I am currently studying to become a French teacher, and one day I plan to live in Paris! I have to balance all this French cuisine however with food allergies. I am reactive with gluten, dairy, nuts, garlic, tomato and eggs. Come with me on my journey of baking for health and plaisir.
